Packaging oauth2ms

I’d like to package this: GitHub - harishkrupo/oauth2ms.

The installation instructions are essentially

  • Dependency: mbsync >= 1.3 (this is available in nixpkgs as isync)
  • pip install -r requirements.txt
  • Copy the one and only python source file to $PATH

Are there some higher-level tools that are relevant to this sort of scenario, or should I just do it by hand?
