@jonringer This is a really strange request to me. It clearly indicates that you still do not accept the reasons for your banning. It tells me that you do not expect that you have to make changes, but that you expect the environment to change to acommodate you. But I can’t see any reason for you to think that. I think you need to better explain what you think has changed that would allow for this request to be accepted. But I’ll warn you that the answer is most probably “nothing” and the request doesn’t actually make sense to me.
