How to remove speech-dispatcher?

In the last few days, mbrola, espeak-ng and other packages have been added to my system on nixos-unstable. When i run nix-tree, they are shown as a dependency of speech-dispatcher:

I would like to remove them all but couldn’t find a Nixos Option for them. How can i disable all of this accessibility stuff?

Thanks! I didn’t realise that the speechd option is enabled by other modules as its default is false.

That’s just for backwards compatibility until we figure out how to properly deprecate it.
